General Information
In order that
Revell Downs may always be an
attractive and desirable place in which to live, it is necessary that
our architectural and environmental standards be set and maintained at
a level that each resident has the desire and assumes the
responsibility to continue to these goals. With close
coordination and cooperation between the residents and the committee,
our standards can be maintained and our aims met.
Rules and restrictions
must be established before our standards can be
met. It is not intended that these guidelines contrain the
obvious pride and efforts of the individual residents nor is it
intended to promote a monotonous and uniform appearance throughout the
community. The sole purpose is to protect the homeowners'
investments and to insure that Revell Downs remains a pleasant,
tasteful, and desirable place to live.
With that in mind, a list
of prohibited modifications and conditions
along with modifications requiring submission for approval are listed
in the bylaws on the website. Please refer to the
bylaws for all instructions and requirements for architectural control
for your property.
