Rules and restrictions must be established before our standards can be met. It is not intended that these guidelines contrain the obvious pride and efforts of the individual residents nor is it intended to promote a monotonous and uniform appearance throughout the community. The sole purpose is to protect the homeowners' investments and to insure that Revell Downs remains a pleasant, tasteful, and desirable place to live. With that in mind, a list of prohibited modifications and conditions along with modifications requiring submission for approval are listed in the bylaws on the website. Please refer to the bylaws for all instructions and requirements for architectural control for your property. Procedures for Submission: Submissions must be in writing using the following form. Architectural Control Approval Form.
