Homeowners Package: When you sell your home, you, as a seller, are responsible under the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, to provide a "Homeowner's Association Package" to your prospective buyers. The Revell Downs Association provides this information to you for a nominal fee. You cannot use the same documents you may have received at the time you purchased the property. The "Homeowners Association Package" contains the community bylaws, covenants and restrictions, yearly budget, monthly and yearly income, and expense statement. Details concerning possible lawsuits of which the association is involved, the yearly assessment fee, whether the property is current or past due in assessments and whether the property is in violation of any covenant restrictions. The fee for this service is $35.00, payable by check. To request a HOA Resale Packet, fill out the form HOA Resale Request Form . Send it with a check or money order for $35.00 to the address below. The address accepts US Postal Mail, FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries. Make checks payable to "Revell Downs Association". Please allow two weeks time to receive the completed HOA Resale Packet. The homeowner is responsible for providing the required information as provided
in the HOA Resale Packet.
The information needed for settlement is provided in the HOA Resale Packet, including current dues and outstanding assessments pending. If you require further information in regards to a home refinance or other closing, we complete these forms for you for a service fee of $20.00. Please send the form that is to be completed with a check or money order to the address listed at the left. Please allow two weeks time to receive the completed forms.
